GRACEFUL YOUNG LADIES
BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. i cant upload my photos on imagestation now, for some reason or another, so i shall just blog first. hahaha there are so many nice pretty photos! (x as well as silly ones with silly poses. ahwell, i took a lot of photos in other people's camera so everyone upload and give everyone the link! yay.

hmm camp was overall okay lah i guess, it was quite fun, but after the camp we were all so stone and like, bleh. the camp was like nothing much to do lah, but the formal dinner and us wreaking havoc in the rooms was fun! heh, 1302 rocks (: and 1303 too! connecting rooms. (:

actually, i think we were stone because we all didnt want to go back home, back into the horros of life and the everyday stressful life which is like !@#$% hahaha i would love to live like that forever, its pretty fun you know. i guess its the usual postcamp blues. ): hahaha i love my class!!

day1
the bus driver refused to fetch us into downtown east so we had to walk in, i mean from outside walk into the d'marquee lah. so we couldnt check in yet so we left our bags at the nice d'marquee,nicely decorated, with aircon, and we had all our meals there. (speaking of which i have eaten so much junk these three days !!) hmm we did the makeup stuff first. they taught us how to put but we couldnt really see or understand of whtaever so we just anyhow drew stuff on our face. HAHA looked really silly lah! but we got some free stuff yayyye.

then after lunch, the meals were all pretty good. we did class cheer and class mascot. we got second for class mascot!! and i like our class cheer HAHA it was 3 minutes long and we were the only ones(other than 308 who added the song bit after us) who followed the rules okay! so malu cos our silly cheer was so long. :x hahaha but i love 409!! i thinkt his class rocks and ill miss everyone loads after this year ><

we took lots of nice photos togehter and we did lots of stuff together and i think we're all pretty bonded and stuff. :D well then there was nothing much, we checked in bathed and got ready for the nice malay extravanga dinner. i think the fish and chicken of the dinner was not bad, and we were supposed to use our hands to eat, well i used only two fingers. i think it is pretty hard to eat with ur whole hand. :x the malay dance was quite fun! but there was no space and i think im about to forget everythign i have learnt already.

that night we had this mini disco in our room. we played like crazy! cos someone frm nxt door brought the round ball with colourful lights and it rotates and the atmosphere was just so high. yay! we ate so much food also and we just played. :D

day2
FORMALLL DINERRR!

in the morning we played outdoor games first, i played soccer hahaha we got second ((: and i played one game of dog and doughnut, it was really fun at first but super super rough lots of people got injured and dragged along the grass cos they were fighting over the tyre thingy. thats how the game goes. so they changed it until it was the traditional dog and bone which was boring. haha towel volleyball our class won 2 lost 4 if i am not wrong.

yeah! we took the jumping photos too. evelyn took lots of photos, get them from her! then we went to rest and stuff and eat and we had our deportment course. we learnt how to balance a book on our head and sit and stand up and sit back down again. we learnt supposedly how to do everything in a nice graceful manner so that we will be respected young ladies. HAHAHA.

well, they taught a lot but i dont think tht will really help me and my ungracefulness. because immediately after that all of us were sitting back to normal again. hmmm. and then it was FORMAL DINNER and time to DRESS UP!! if u went to the room next door, you would be shocked. they brought like their hwhole house there or something. hopefully they have a photo. like the whole hair dressing set. lots of accesories make up and WOAH.

well so anw, first we put on our finger nail polish! i put some pinkish glittery thing, yeah the night before we applied on our toes already. i had bright blue by the way. YEAH i know it contrasts but whatever, if you want to do something crazy, you might as well do it now because this is not even prom and prom will be much more ... yeah.

so anyway we started putting make up. oh and i couldnt get my stupid contacts in! like yeah, took a really long time and i also took a really long time to put my make up on because i dont know anything about make up and so i was putting and rubbing and erasing and changing and asking people if it looked okay and it was like so havocish. i was practically going crazy! im sure everyone wants to look nice right. anyway i settled down in the end, and i think it was okay although the blush is always so red and grrrr! fine, and evelyn did my hair up for me. THANKYOU IFFY! <3

i kept asking my roommtes if i look okay, haha i think i was very paranoid. anyway, lots of people had nice comments so i THANK YOU!(: even though i dont think i looked that .. gorgeous or whatsoever. but thankyou for the manymany nice comments! haha :D when we went for dinner everyone at downtown east was staring when we walked by, tsktsk. well we took lots of photos that night, yay im happy. i took with ms yeo too!

haha i think huixiang will be jealous. i must tell her and tell her what ms yeo said!! btw, our room was beside ms yeo and ms yeo, camp commandant and asst camp commandant, lucky right? HAHA. anyway it was fine and we were all really crazy like doing our stupid doraemon cheer for ms yeo on the first night of camp. its funny how me and cheryl took very little photos together, almost didnt. and mel and silin didnt take a photo together.

it shows how everyone is so caught up to take photos with every single person there that we forgot the most basic photo we should take! probably bceause we thought we took already, i mean like just slipped our mind and we keep looking for more people to take photo with. i will upload the photos later i think the western food was good although some poeple didnt like it. i like the soup and the main course. ((: class parade was quite fun, give you a chance to walk on stage with ur class and everyone claaping and taking photos. HAHA.

this reminds me of the missgraceful thing, i couldnt get out of it in the end. jochin was miss graceful yay (: she was kind of panicking before the thing because she didnt know how to pose and we had to walk down the red carpet one by one, which we didnt in the end xP actually, we all dont know how to, we were all panicking. smile until cheeks so pain lah. oh, and we were made to stand here stand there pose here walk there after walking down the red carpet like... 5-10 m apart, it kind of got shroter and shorter. at first it was one finish then walk. (:

when you're up there you can barely see anyone and all you see is many faces looking at you and all the cameras flashing and people cheering hahaha its so funny. we had dance stuff after that but i felt that the atmosphere was not as good as the mini one the night before. dont know why. everyone was running all over the place!! we went back to our rooms after 11 and we played somemore, played cards, ate more food, talked! and stuff, slept at about 1 + and me and henghui heard FUNNY NOISES LOL and we chitchatted a bit more yay! (:

day3

this was basically the class dance which was okay lah quite fun but then we were not very sure but heck i like our costumes!(((: our class photo is really cute, maybe i should upload that one for now.














and we packed up and stuff and played the balloon game, break camp at about 1230 went to lunch with wf and britt and came home. haha how silly i didnt bring my ezlink card!!!!!

on the way home britt and wf said the guys sitting at the back row of the bus were perving at my legs :x sickos. they were like not chinese so britt and wf started talking to me in chinese, they asked me to use the plastic bag to cover my legs so they cannot see. they said they took a photo of it ?? or sth, apparently they kept talking about er..me. go and die! i was wearing fbts cos it was hot and i got no berms and i didnt want to wear track pants. fine

so thats about the wonderful camp we have had and im really happy we had formal dinner and i dont want this year to pass so fast. please? this year is passing really really fast and i want it to slow down so i can enjoy every single minute of this. i hope that 409 will still keep in contact even when we're like 60 years old and all old and being naggy old mothers we'll still be great old friends. <3

now we have to rush our portfolio, sad huh.

THANKYOUEVERYONE WHO HAS MADE THIS CAMP SO ENJOYABLE. NY CLASS OF 2006 ROCKS. because after this camp, i think the whole batch has more school spirit too, yeah, somehow. i think i shall upload a photo of me and someone, hmm lemme choose.

















oh and i was also the messiest out of the four roommates beacuse all of them are super neat and tidy. and i got my bed beacuse i sat in the middle before bathing and cheryl didnt want to slp there anymore so i just claimed my bed like that. xD

oh and we all love mr K dont we? he went on stage with us!
