playing hard to catch
i went shopping today and i spoiled the shoe! haha cos the thing came off when i was trying to adjust it. it flew away and i dunno where it went... oops.. lucky they never make me pay. hahaha :D its not realy a shoe. its like.sliperr. but not slipper. dinner that kind la. its gold colour.. haha
today training was okay.. but im EXHAUSTED. i had to do the special set thingy. 1*100 on 2.00 and 2*50 on 2.00 times 7 plus 1 more 100. its tiring and i cant really swim fast. did back frm 1.20-1.26 i THINK. for 50m i was dead. fly did 1.19! ah. okay. i was with all the ppl doing time trials and michelle. kat mich orion kang yang. yup. the rest did 22*50 on 2.00
eat dinner first. :D
