haha the da jie ju over already the yun hai yun gong yuan show. the ending's damn sad la?? haiz. he left with shengnan. okay fine.she's quite a nice girl. but wat about guzhihua? he yi jiao ta liang chuan. also his fault la. haiz. love so complicated....
training today was good cos i was able to swim alrite... it was heartrate! 10*150 haha back i averaged 2.10 liddat lah.. free was about 2.03 2.04. yup. :) haha i need to try to sprint 15s for 25m back... yupyup.
haha maple is fun playing with people! :D haha i like being noob now. so i started another low level thingy. haha so funny. training tmr again.. 22*50. must work hard... >< and got APM meeting with jaan. yupyup..
